The fight stays on the outside here - Tester looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Kuresa rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Tester moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Kuresa scores with a jab. Tester fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Kuresa avoids it really well and circles away. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Tester misses with a takedown and Kuresa counters with a three punch combo that has Tester backing up. Tester nods at Kuresa to acknowledge the strikes. Siaosi Kuresa has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Test Tester. Nice shot by Kuresa. Kuresa is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.#T1# Tester throws a head kick that misses. It looked like Kuresa was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Tester. Kuresa lands with a hook. Tester tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. and Silva counters with a one-two to the body. We've been hearing reports that Botev has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. Silva cracks Botev with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Silva shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Botev eats them both and turns towards Silva to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. A shot to the body from Botev misses and Silva counters with a left and a right that stings Botev. Botev takes a swing at Silva's ribcage but misses. Botev looks to score with a jab to the body but Silva is just out of range. As Botev backs off Silva throws a huge counter combo but Botev manages to avoid it all. Botev misses with a jab to the body

Jack looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Jack looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Jack seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Suppe for as long as he can get away with. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Suppe can do anything to dispel that myth. Jack's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
