Whack! Perez lands a heavy head kick that drops Truelsen. The ref tackles Perez to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Truelsen was done.

Tinker connects with a nice looking jab.
Tinker feints a jab promting Tanev to slip. Tinker then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Tanev slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.#TD2#
Tanev feints and as Tinker raises his hands in defense, Tanev changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Tinker knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Tanev on the ground.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Tanev working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

After the fight, Branimir Tanev was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
