#R1##TD# Sloane drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Sloane wants to control but Hayashida is keeping him busy. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Sloane working the head with strikes. A lull in the action here as Sloane stalls from top position. Hayashida is trying to improve his position.#SU# Sloane has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#TD# Sloane closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Hayashida did well to prevent Sloane getting side control. Hayashida tries to kick Sloane off in order to stand up. Sloane Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control. #SUB# Sloane tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Sloane has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Sloane will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.#T1# Hayashida is looking to reverse the position. Sloane works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Sloane moves into full mount! Sloane working away from the top, dropping strikes. Sloane takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Sloane cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Hayashida is squirming around, avoiding Sloane's attempts to control the action. Sloane avoids the attempt from Hayashida to control. Sloane has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.#T2# Sloane sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Hayashida is wriggling around trying to escape.
Sloane takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Hayashida tries to get back to half guard but can't. #T3# Sloane tries to control but Hayashida wriggling away. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hayashida throwing hammer fists to the chest of Sloane. What's that going to do exactly? Sloane is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Hayashida can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Hayashida wants to control but Sloane is having none of it. Hayashida really wants to buck Sloane off and get back to his feet. We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Hayashida has eaten all the pies!#SUB# Sloane has isolated one of Hayashida's arms. Hayashida looking to fight him off but Sloane twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
