He'll be looking to tighten that up but Silva can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Rea keeping full guard, as Silva tries to pass. Silva pushing down on Rea's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Rea is trying to control but can't.
#SUB# Silva is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Rea has managed to free his arm - good work. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#SUB# Silva is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Rea really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Silva. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.#SUB# Silva is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Silva steps over the head and cranks it - Rea is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Silva!
