A quick uppercut on the inside from Liew. Poison misses with a knee to the head. Liew jumps guard but Poison stands there with Liew around his waist. Liew gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Liew throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Poisons head. Liew lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Poison backwards. Liew blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Poison jumps guard but Liew turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Liew tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Liew has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Poison is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Sloa Poison has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Johnny Liew. Liew throws a knee to the head but misses.

#T1# Poison pushes down on Liew's leg and manages to get into half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Poison content to control rather than advance. Liew wants to get back to his feet.

Liew really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Poison. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.#T2# Well. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Garak trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Garak trying to control the position from guard on top but Wolff is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Garak pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Bulteau manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Xerox can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Bulteau controls the pace. Bulteau postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Bulteau is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
