Max Payne seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A nice combination there by Marx.

Knuckle grimaces and is forced to tap! Beautiful Jiu Jitsu from Belmiro! I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!

Skoog looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Skull shoots and misses and Skoog counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Skull thinking. Skull throws a lazy head kick and Skoog connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Skoog fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Skull on the side of the head. Skoog keeps the fight on the outside. A punch lands to the side of Skull 's head but he takes it in his stride. This has been an exciting period of action! Skull moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Skoog showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Skull.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Skoog! But no joy. Skull throws a quick inside leg kick. #T1# Skull tries to clinch but Skoog moves away and Skull takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Anito connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Marx scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Anito keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

Skull throws a wild body kick that Spartan sees coming a mile off.#TD2# Spartan closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Skull quickly recovers to half guard. Skull knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Spartan on the ground. Skull is trying to get back to full guard. Skull avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Spartan. #SUB2# Spartan is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Matson swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Matson with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Marx to score with a decent uppercut. Marx misses with a straight left. Matson steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Marx. Marx swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Matson counters with a nice uppercut. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Marx walks straight into a right hand from Matson - that's dropped him! Matson jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Marx from any more punishment! Marx complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

Killer definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Killer looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Killer tries to clinch but Payne is having none of it. Payne tries a head kick but it misses.

A combination from Payne does no damage. Killer bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Killer throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Payne. Killer lands a right hook to the body.
Payne tries to bum rush Killer with a series of wild strikes but Killer uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Killer throwing a counter right hand but Payne manages to avoid it. Kanne seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. Marx sizes up Kanne with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Marx throws a lazy head kick and Kanne counters with a straight right hand. Kanne seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Marx shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Kanne is backing up but Marx catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Kanne covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Marx Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!
