That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Joe Yeats. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Yeats keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Lucifer's efforts to push away. Lucifer being controlled against the cage. Yeats tries for a takedown. No joy.

#ES# The fighters are working up against the cage. Yeats manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage. Lucifer has a couple of punches blocked by Yeats.
#TD# Yeats has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Lucifer uses from the top position. Yeats pulls Lucifer in close to prevent any damage. Lucifer tries to stand but Yeats is controlling from the bottom. #T2# Yeats wants to sweep here but Lucifer controlling him for the moment. Yeats has his hands on Lucifer's head, controlling the position. Lucifer looks winded!#SUB# Yeats working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Lucifer doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Lucifer manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Yeats managing to control the position. #T3# The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Yeats's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Yeats wants to sweep here but Lucifer controlling him for the moment. #REF3# The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Yeats shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Lucifer pinned against the cage. Lucifer gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. #T4# The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Yeats dives in and grabs Lucifer's left leg, looking for a takedown. Lucifer pushes down on Yeats's head and hops out. Lucifer scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. David Lucifer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.#CL# Yeats moves into the clinch. Lucifer is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Yeats is defending well. Yeats is working for takedown but Lucifer is calmly controlling the position for now. Lucifer drops down looking for an ankle pick but Yeats pulls his leg out and moves away.

Lucifer misses with an uppercut. Lucifer scores with a one two! Yeats had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Lucifer throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Yeats sees it coming and avoids it easily. Lucifer throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Yeats. It looked like Yeats was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Lucifer. Lucifer throws a right and a left that both miss. #TD# Yeats gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Lucifer regains guard.
Lucifer is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Yeats dives into side control.
Lucifer is breathing heavily. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.#REVB# Lucifer seems a little lost for a moment, as Yeats dominates the positioning.#T1# Lucifer wants to get back to his feet but Yeats is dominant here and he's now got Lucifer's back! Lucifer wants to get back to his feet. #T2# Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Yeats controlling from the back. Yeats seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Lucifer for as long as he can get away with.#T3# Further stalling from Yeats. Yeats has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.#T4# Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.#SUB# Yeats working for a choke but Lucifer is defending well. Yeats just keeping the dominant position. He can't wait too long though, otherwise the referee will stand them back up.

He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. #REVR# Lucifer wants to get back to his feet. Yeats has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Yeats controlling from mount. Lucifer takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.#T1# Lucifer has given up his back. Will we see Yeats going for some submissions?
Yeats is controlling his opponent, waiting for an opportunity to finish. #SUB# Yeats has his opponent's back and is working for the choke. Yeats trying to secure his dominant position for a moment - making sure Lucifer doesn't escape. #T2# The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.#SUB# Yeats looking to break Lucifer's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Lucifer remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Yeats will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke! Yeats keeps control of the position easily here as Lucifer tries to buck him off.

Is there anything that Lucifer can do to turn this around?#T3# If it seems like I'm not saying a lot, it's just because Yeats is stinking the place up with his stalling.#T4# The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... And that's the end of the fight! Joe Yeats showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Yeats, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
