Prez bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Ulanbataar's guard. #REVR# Prez slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. #R1# Igwe keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. A left lands for Igwe. A slow jab from Igwe misses its intended target. Rodriguez looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Igwe is fending him off so far but Rodriguez persists. Nope, Igwe circles away and we're back to standing. Rodriguez changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Igwe tries to avoid it but Rodriguez manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Igwe to the ground. Igwe escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. An attempted straight right counter from Igwe misses the target. Enakpodia Igwe has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sergio Rodriguez. Igwe blocks a head kick by Rodriguez.
Rodriguez fails to land the takedown. Rodriguez avoids a lazy jab quite easily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
