Stone shoots in but no luck this time.
Stone fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Smith avoids it really well and circles away.
Stone looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Smith is fending him off so far but Stone persists. Nope, Smith circles away and we're back to standing.
Kai Smith has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of DJ Stone.
Smith swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Stone shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Smith as he avoids it easily.
Smith is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Smith lands a jab to the head.
Smith feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Stones jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Stone shoots for a double leg takedown but Smith sprawls well. He's pushed Stone's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
