Dempsey with the inside leg kick. Dempsey comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Dempsey lands a nice leg kick that just misses Jubli's sensitive parts. Dempsey with a nice calf kick. We've been told by Jubli's head coaches at Zanshin MMA that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Jubli looks to throw the jab but Dempsey is out of range. Dempsey swings for the body but Jubli moves out of range.

An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Yurchon. Yurchon tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Wheels lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Yurchon backs up against the cage.

Steelstorm connects with a right hand. Ossman shakes it off. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Steelstorm goes for a small jab and connects. Now Steelstorm goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Juan stumbles back but Steelstorm runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Juan to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Juan will ever be the same after a knockout like that.

That must have hurt him. A left and a right from Chavan both land. Nice combination. Chavan slaps away a takedown attempt from Hodge, before circling back to the center of the mat. Chavan is looking for a counter combo. Chavan keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Shubham Chavan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Slade Hodge. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hodge dives in and grabs Chavan's left leg, looking for a takedown. Hodge wants to advance to full mount but Chavan doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead. Hodge is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
