Rodney lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Price backs up against the cage.
Price's coach down at Outlier Martial Arts New York was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Price's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Price bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Price misses with a takedown attempt - Rodney sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Rodney works the jab nicely.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Price.
Price looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Rodney is fending him off so far but Price persists. Nope, Rodney circles away and we're back to standing.
Derek Rodney has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Clayton Price.
