Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Boby Marreta! Boby Marreta spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. Ioannidis fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Thanh Tung on the side of the head. Ioannidis digs a good hook to Thanh Tung's body.

Thanh Tung is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Hood, into his guard. #REVR# Thanh Tung stays in close to Hood's body and controls the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hood working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Thanh Tung. #T1# Hood throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land. Hood wants to control the position but Thanh Tung says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. A lazy body kick attempt from Calloway. Marreta shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Calloway as he avoids it easily. Calloway just misses with a punch to the body.
