Turngemaxt is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control. Turngemaxt tries to get to full guard but Ferguson has control of the leg. #SU2# Ferguson stands up from half guard. Turngemaxt keeping moving, preventing Ferguson from controlling successfully. Ferguson throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Ferguson seems content to control from guard here. Ferguson doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Ferguson manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Turngemaxt looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Ferguson content to stall in guard here. Ferguson must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Turngemaxt is pulling down on Ferguson's head to control his posture. Turngemaxt has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Ferguson has passed into side control.
#T4# Turngemaxt sneaks back into half guard. Ferguson is thwarting Turngemaxt's attempts to control the position. Turngemaxt moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Turngemaxt is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. #REVR# The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Turngemaxt looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Turngemaxt in particular looking to stall. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
