Van Sanders bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Henriquez's head. Van Sanders blocks a head kick by Henriquez.
Henriquez dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Henriquez looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Van Sanders keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

Rivera goes for a takedown attempt but Trausch pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

#R1# Rivera with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Gayman to score with a decent uppercut. Gayman works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. The crowd cheers as Gayman lands an impressive looking overhand right. Rivera doesn't seem phased though. A lazy body kick from Gayman #TD2# so Rivera counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Gayman wants to stand and escape but Rivera is having none of it. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Rivera stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Gayman swivels though and keeps the full guard. Gayman wants to get back to his feet but Rivera is in a dominant position and won't allow it. #T1# Rivera looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Rivera controlling from the top position. Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Duarte wants to control from the top but Burns keeps moving. Burns working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Duarte. Duarte works a leg free and moves into half guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SU2# Duarte gets to his feet - back to striking we go! Starky is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Starky fakes the leg kick and cracks Ribeiro in the body. #CL2# Starky darts in and clinches Ribeiro up against the cage.#TD# Ribeiro decides to pull guard. Ribeiro is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Starky trying to control the position from guard on top but Ribeiro is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Starky looking to sit in guard and control but Ribeiro gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. #REVR##T1# Starky tries to land a sweep but no joy. Starky looking to control.
Starky might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Ribeiro haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Ribeiro is stalling in the full guard. Starky really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ribeiro. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Ribeiro looking to pass the guard.
