#R1# Uribe shoots in looking for a takedown. Kingston tries to sprawl out of it but Uribe keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kingston manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Kingston looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. No luck with that takedown attempt from Uribe. Uribe is looking to take this fight into the clinch.#CL2# Uribe tries to keep at a distance but Kingston has taken the fight into the clinch.#BC2# Kingston pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Monty Kingston seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kingston fails to land with a series of punches.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nice sprawl there from Kingston as Uribe shoots in. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Enrique Uribe. That's going to take a lot out of him. Uribe shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Kingston but Kingston pushes him off and we're back to square one.#CL2# Kingston has managed to clinch.
#TD2# Kingston gets a trip takedown into half guard. Kingston looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.#T1# Uribe has hold of Kingston's hands but Kingston slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Kingston is nestled in close to Uribe, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Kingston looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Uribe manages to get to full guard.
Kingston postures up and lands a big shot to Uribe's brow. Uribe is trying to keep Kingston in close.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Kingston's corner. There ya go! There ya go! #T2# Kingston scoring with punches to the head and body. #ROC2#Uribe is rocked! Kingston sitting in guard, not really doing much. Oh Uribe is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Kingston works over Uribe with some ground and pound from guard. Uribe is breathing heavily. Kingston loads up on a big left hand. Uribe felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Kingston looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Uribe can't hide his disappointment, as Kingston celebrates the victory.
