#R1# Popicho lands an overhand right. Popicho throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Frevola stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Popicho lands a really nice looking cross but Frevola seems unphased.
Popicho lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Popicho. Popicho scores with a nice head shot. Popicho comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Pedri Popicho seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A jab from Popicho does it's job there. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! A lazy left from Popicho finds it's target. Popicho lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Popicho digs a good hook to Frevola's body.
Frevola is pinned up against the ropes taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Wei fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Hill is looking to counter the offense by Wei and move into the clinch. Quek Wei is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Wei closes the distance and clinches up with Hill, looking for a takedown. Wei pushes Hill against the cage but Hill circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Tal Hill has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Wei dives in for a single leg takedown but Hill sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
And that's the end of the fight! Tal Hill showed his dominance in that final round. I think Wei has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Frevola tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Matsuda manages to circle out of the way. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Matsuda. Matsuda shoots and misses and Frevola counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Matsuda misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Matsuda's coach down at Gym Goroshi London was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Matsuda's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Matsuda throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
