#R1# Guerrero throws a series of punches but Danil moves out of range. Guerrero tries to bum rush Danil with a series of wild strikes but Danil uses good footwork to avoid the assault. A nice side step and Danil releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home. Danil tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Guerrero counters with a nice uppercut. Danil tries to clinch there but Guerrero circles away.
Guerrero appears to be looking for a big counter. Guerrero throws a right and a left that both miss. Danil closes the distance and clinches up with Guerrero, looking for a takedown. Danil pushes Guerrero against the cage but Guerrero circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Good leg kick by Danil. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Guerrero throws a hook but Danil blocks it. Danil has his takedown stuffed and Guerrero makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.#T1# Guerrero works Danil's body with a nice hook. Guerrero stuffs the takedown. Mario Guerrero has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sorin Danil. Danil avoids the head kick by Guerrero.

Danil shoots in for a takedown but Guerrero shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Guerrero throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Guerrero is stalling in the full guard. Danil is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Danil with a poor takedown and Danil takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Danil tries to clinch and Guerrero counters with a series of strikes. Danil will be more careful next time no doubt. Guerrero will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

#TD2# Kerry closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Cazacu's guard. Kerry is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Cazacu is trying to control the position but Kerry postures up. #SUB# Cazacu looking for a guillotine here but Kerry defends easily.
Kerry really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Cazacu. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Kerry lands a couple of decent looking shots. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kerry stops Cazacu from standing up. Kerry must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.#T1# Cazacu is trying to control the position from the bottom.

And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Thomas Kerry. Well Kerry has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Palmer can do anything to dispel that myth. Palmer knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Gaina wants to lay and pray for a moment but Palmer keeps working.
