#TD2# Renolds shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Renolds won't allow Lutz to get back to his feet. Lutz is trying to control the position but Renolds postures up. Lutz wants to stand but Renolds is controlling the position. Renolds controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Lutz controls Renolds momentarily but Renolds frees himself. Renolds is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Renolds pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Lutz is keeping the position for now. #T1# Renolds pushing down on Lutz's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Renolds looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. #SUB2# Renolds is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Renolds trying to mount his opponent but Lutz defends it. Renolds working the head and body with strikes. #T2# Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Lutz gets back to full guard.
Renolds working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Lutz's head. Renolds sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Lutz's guard. Lutz has hold of Renolds's hands but Renolds slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Renolds is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Lutz wants to get back to his feet.
It looks like Renolds is going to stand back up.

God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Renolds controlling from mount. Renolds scoring with strikes but Lutz is staying in there. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Dee Renolds dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!#R2# Lutz shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Renolds but Renolds pushes him off and we're back to square one. Lutz tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Renolds paws at him with a jab and circles away. Lutz fails with a takedown attempt. #TD2# Renolds closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Renolds advances to full mount. Renolds takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lutz is bucking up trying to escape but Renolds cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Renolds in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.

#R1# Whipple tries to bum rush Tsering with a series of wild strikes but Tsering uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Tsering appears to be looking for a counter takedown.#TD2# Whipple shoots in and gets a takedown into Tsering's guard. Tsering keeping full guard, as Whipple tries to pass. #SUB# Tsering is looking for a triangle but Whipple pushes his legs off easily.
