#R1# Kebab tries to score a power double leg takedown but Halkias sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Kebab somewhat. A punch combination from Halkias misses. Kebab shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Halkias as he avoids it easily. Kebab shoots in for a takedown but Halkias shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Halkias tries to counter with a takedown but Kebab is quick to defend against it. Stavros Halkias has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rulla Kebab. Kebab shoots in for a takedown but Halkias shows good takedown defense. Kebab tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Halkias defends well and Kebab ends up having to push Halkias into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Kebab shoots in but Halkias avoids the takedown attempt easily. It looked like Halkias was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Kebab. Halkias leaves Kebab with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Halkias scores with a shot to the body.

#R1# Silverstone drops his hands momentarily and Kwon takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Kwon throws a leg kick #TD2# and Silverstone counters with a nice double leg into side control. Kwon won't be happy with that. #SUB2# Silverstone thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Kwon is not content to let Silverstone control the position. #SUB2# Silverstone is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Kwon is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The crowd are loving this. Great action here.#SUB2# Silverstone tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Kwon knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Silverstone on the ground. Kwon wants to get back to his feet.#SUB2# Silverstone tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Silverstone has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Silverstone has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Elite Combat Gym. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one. Kwon is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.#T1# Silverstone works to advance to full mount. Kwon defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs. #SUB2# Silverstone looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. Kwon is really trying hard to get back to his feet.

Gorath DeeStroy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.#TD# Harper gets caught napping as DeeStroy dives in and scores a takedown. Harper manages to retain guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. DeeStroy is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Harper looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.#T1# DeeStroy trying to control but Harper is working from the bottom. DeeStroy advances to half guard. Harper is refusing to be controlled, as DeeStroy sits in half guard. DeeStroy with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. #SUB# DeeStroy seems to be looking for submissions.

Leeds has been working on his boxing with his coaches at BANZAI COMBAT ACADEMY NEW YORK in the buildup to the fight. Nice shot by Marin. Leeds throws out a loose jab but Marin uses good head movement to avoid it. Marin looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Marin bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Leeds's head. Marin slips a straight right by Leeds. Leeds slips a jab and a cross from Marin.
Leeds is looking to counter with a shot to the body. Leeds takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.#CL2# Marin instigates a clinch. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Marin pushes Leeds back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Leeds clobbers Marin with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. #T4# A big right from Leeds misses. Leeds looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Nice defenses there by Leeds. Leeds is looking to counter with a shot to the body. Marin moves into range and connects with a jab. Marin feints and then cracks Leeds's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Leeds down. Leeds fails to land with a series of punches.

Leeds no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. We've been told by Kebab's head coaches at Freaky Fight Club that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Kebab shoots in for a takedown. Thrane turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Kebab gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Thrane counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Kebab with a lazy takedown attempt and Thrane counters with a slapping leg kick. Thrane fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Kebab manages to avoid it. As Thrane looks to move away, Kebab throws a big counter combo but Thrane just gets out of the way. Kebab shoots and misses and Thrane counters with a nice body kick. #T3# Both fighters circling a little - Thrane finishes the exchange with a kick to the body. Thrane thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Kebab if he has to take too many more of those.

Harper will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. White tries to free his leg and advance position but Harper is retaining full guard. Harper pulls White in to control the position. #SUB2# Harper has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but White can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. White throws a big right hand that misses. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. White trying to control the position from guard on top but Harper is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Harper wants to sweep but no luck. #T1# Harper throwing strikes off his back to little effect.

Harper with a poor takedown and White counters with a left and a right that stings Harper. White shoots in but Harper avoids the takedown attempt easily. White looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Harper slaps away a takedown attempt from White, before circling back to the center of the mat. Harper with a lazy takedown attempt and White counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Horrible takedown attempt by Harper or perhaps it was just good defense by White, which made it look bad. #T3# Harper takes a head kick and keeps coming.

White avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
