Momochi gets caught flat footed, as Vargas shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Momochi wants to sweep here but Vargas controlling him for the moment.
Momochi is trying to keep Vargas in close. #SUB#
Momochi has his foot on Vargas's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Vargas works his way back into a safe position though.
Momochi bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Vargas's guard. #REVR#
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Momochi stands and throws Vargas's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Vargas is trying to control Momochi's posture but Momochi avoids it.
Vargas tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Momochi wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. #T1#

Momochi wants to free his trapped foot but Vargas is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Momochi passes the guard and advances to mount!
Vargas wants to control but Momochi is having none of it.

Momochi quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Momochi but it's paid off an Vargas is forced to tap! Nice work by Momochi.

Cantos closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Bigsby's guard.#SUB2#
Bigsby looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar. #SUB#
Cantos drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Cantos jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. #SUB2#
Bigsby working for submissions but it's allowed Cantos to get to half guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Bigsby can do anything to dispel that myth.
Cantos slows the pace down in half guard.
Bigsby really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Cantos. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.#SUB#
Cantos looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Cantos is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.

Cantos is taking a breather. Bigsby says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bigsby tries to kick Cantos off but Cantos keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. #T2#
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Bigsby is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Cantos pulls his head out easily.

Cantos has isolated one of Bigsby's arms. Bigsby looking to fight him off but Cantos twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
