#R1# Hopkins shoots and misses and Jugges cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Hopkins fails in his attempt to clinch. Jugges swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Hopkins looks to clinch and Jugges counters with a nice uppercut. #CUT#It looks like Elisha Hopkins has been cut. No luck for Hopkins with that takedown attempt. Jugges was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Hopkins moves in looking to clinch but Jugges pushes him off. Hopkins has his takedown stuffed and Jugges counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Beckwitz Jugges has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Elisha Hopkins. Hopkins looks winded! Jugges cracks Hopkins with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Hopkins tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Jugges pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Hopkins is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

Barnett tests Dufort's chin there with a solid looking shot. Dufort throws a body kick despite being completely out of range and Barnett counters with a nice body shot. Barnett catches Dufort with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!#CL# Barnett drives through and clinches with Dufort against the cage.
Barnett lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Dufort or not. Barnett stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body. Barnett lands with a right to the head. #R1# Gregory throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Gregory looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Omavel lands with a hook. Gregory tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. We've been hearing reports that Gregory has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. Omavel is looking to clinch. Omavel throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Gregory is looking to counter punch. Omavel throws a low kick but it's checked well by Gregory. Gregory throws the left hand but Omavel avoids the punch easily. A head kick misses from Omavel. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Omavel uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Gregory. It seemed like Omavel was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Gregory throws a push kick but Omavel slaps the foot to one side. Omavel is clearly looking to counter with head kicks. Darion Gregory seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.#T1# Gregory throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Gregory will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

#R1# Pulisic is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Pulisic keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Hopkins avoids a punch combination nicely.
Hopkins shoots for a takedown but Pulisic saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Pulisic tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Hopkins manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Hopkins changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. A jab from Pulisic does it's job there. Hopkins circles away from the clinch attempt.

#R1##TD2# Gibson bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Gibson wants to lay and pray for a moment but Gregory keeps working. Gregory is trying to escape the position but Gibson is controlling the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Gregory regains half guard. Gibson sitting and controlling from the half guard. Let's hope that Gibson has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#T1# The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.#REF3# The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Gibson shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Gregory defends it nicely.#T2# My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. and Gregory counters with a three punch combo that has Ray backing up. Ray nods at Gregory to acknowledge the strikes. Ray throws the kick towards the body but Gregory avoids it. Ray throws a lazy right hand but Gregory sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Ray fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.#CL# Gregory closes the distance and pushes Ray back into the cage.#TD# Gregory gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Ray regains guard.

#SUB2# Gregory stands up over his opponent, looking to dive in with a big punch. Here he comes, superman style! Oh, the punch misses and Ray has got him in a triangle choke for good measure! Oh no! Gregory manages to get his head free but now Ray has transitioned to an armbar! Gregory grimaces and is forced to tap! Beautiful Jiu Jitsu from Ray! I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!

Shaw lands with some strikes. Shaw looking to control and managing it successfully. Shaw postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Hopkins looks a forlorn figure.

Gordon needs to keep his hands up - Lopes had a free shot at his head there. Gordon tests Lopes's chin there with a solid looking shot. Gordon lands an overhand right. Gordon swats away the attempt to clinch by Lopes. Lopes uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Gordon has time to react. Lopes looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. A jab lands there for Lopes. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Lopes goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. No joy there for Gordon, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one. Howell seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. #SU# Howell stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being. Stanley throws a strike aimed at the side of Sarkisyan's head but Sarkisyan avoids it well. Sarkisyan parries the strikes from Stanley easily there. Stanley is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Sarkisyan to escape.

Garrison is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Garrison will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Hester is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Garrison avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hester not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
