#R1# Moody throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Moody fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Moody misses with a wild combination.
Moody slips under a jab from Gallegos. Moody cracks Gallegos with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Gallegos bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Gallegos looks for a takedown but Moody sprawls well. Gallegos is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Moody just misses with a punch to the body.

and Moody counters with a stiff right hand. Gallegos cracks Moody with a good jab. Moody slips a jab from Gallegos. Moody lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Gallegos takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Gallegos slips a straight right by Moody. Moody throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Gallegos stumbles backwards and tries to bounce back off the cage but Moody runs in and jumps on him with a leaping lead hook that puts him out! Wow, that was highlight reel stuff! Awesome finish!

#R1# Rice clobbers Aoki with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Aoki throws a right and a left that Rice avoids nicely. Aoki shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Rice sprawls well. Rice wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Aoki gets slowly back to his feet. Aoki throws a nice looking combination but Rice bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.#CL2# Rice closes the distance and clinches. Rice lands an elbow inside that Aoki shrugs off. Rice is trying to drag Aoki to the mat but Aoki just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Aoki is working Rice over against the cage. With the two fighters working up against the cage, Rice just misses with a elbow thrown towards Aoki's brow. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Aoki takes an elbow to the forehead. #TD# Aoki has picked Rice up - he's going for a ride! Aoki dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Aoki trying to control from half guard but Rice is working away. Griffith lands a leg kick that knocks Esperanza off balance momentarily. Esperanza throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. Griffith attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin. As Griffith backs away, Esperanza returns fire with a leg kick that just misses. Esperanza throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Nielsen tries to close the distance and clinch but Gallegos swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Gallegos is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Horrible takedown attempt by Nielsen or perhaps it was just good defense by Gallegos, which made it look bad. Gallegos lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Nielsen takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

He's almost out here... but no, Khan gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Olivera is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Khan working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
