Shelton is standing up over Meyer. Meyer looks to escape but Shelton dives into side control.

Shelton decides to stand back up. Shelton steps back and let's Meyer get back to his feet.

Meyer cracks Shelton with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Meyer has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Shelton to stand back up!
Shelton looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.#T1#
Meyer lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Shelton falls backwards - clearly groggy! Meyer dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!

A very excited looking Lucas Meyer made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
