Stepping on the scales for a second time, he still failed to make the required weight and after much deliberation, his fight with Melvin Tate was cancelled. |

Luu lands an elbow just above Tam 's eye. #CUT#It looks like Peetu Tam has been cut. Luu unloads a knee to the mid-section. Tam lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh. Tam looks winded! A knee to the head by Luu.

Luu lands an elbow inside that Tam shrugs off. #KD# Luu has his opponent in a tight Thai clinch and unloads with a massive knee that drops Tam to the canvas! Can Tam beat the count? 3,4,5,6 and he's up... is he? Yes, he's up! The referee is taking a long look at him and he's going to allow it to continue!#ROC#Tam is rocked!#CUT#The cut above Peetu Tam's eye is starting to cause him problems now. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Luu lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Tam takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Luu connects with a leg kick. Luu looks for a left high kick but can't connect. Luu backs up to catch a breather... no he lunges forward with a huge flying knee that smacks Tam's temple! It sends Tam violently to the canvas! The crowd goes nuts as Luu celebrates and the doctors try to help Tam!

Outlaw Ii moves out of range of the strikes.#KD# Outlaw Ii scores with a jab and follows up with an uppercut that drops Tam to his knees! He bounces straight back to his feet but is forced to take the mandatory standing 8 count before he's allowed to continue. We're back under way and the fighters meet in the middle of the canvas to re-engage.#CUT#It looks like Peetu Tam has been cut. Outlaw Ii scores with a kick to the body.
Tam looks winded! Tam takes a shot right to the bread basket. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Tam tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Outlaw Ii lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Tam takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Outlaw Ii scoring well with a low kick there.
Outlaw Ii connects with a picture perfect right hand that knocks Tam out cold! This one is over in a flash!

#R1# Tam fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Tam throws a lazy right hand but Tran sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. A head kick misses from Tam. A quick step to the side and Tran tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect. Tran misses with an uppercut. Tam saw that one coming. Tran throws out a loose jab but Tam uses good head movement to avoid it. Tam throws a sloppy head kick and Tran moves out of range easily. Tran is looking to counter punch. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Tam lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Tran has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Tran and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Tran throws a counter high kick but Tam was just alert enough to avoid it. A head kick misses from Tam. Tran is looking to counter with a shot to the body. Tam throws a sloppy head kick and Tran moves out of range easily. Tran seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. Tran falls off balance throwing a combination
and Tam counters with a nice leg kick. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Tran throws a shot from downtown. Tam moves away and avoids it. Tam walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.#CUT#It looks like Peetu Tam has been cut. A low kick from Tam is predictable there and Tran connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Tran blocks a low kick nicely. Tran definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Tran misses with a wild combination.

#R1# Don moves forwards but King connects with a nice, crisp jab. King misses with a hook. Don ducked under it nicely. Don with the counter takedown but King avoids it easily. Don looks to score with a jab to the body but King is just out of range. King scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Don has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from King finds it's way round the side to connect with Don's head. King takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. King looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Don is fending him off so far but King persists. Nope, Don circles away and we're back to standing. King looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. King fails to land with a series of punches.
King closes the distance and clinches up with Don, looking for a takedown. King pushes Don against the ropes but Don circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. A nice side step and Don releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Klayton King. That's going to take a lot out of him. King misses with a jab, cross combination.

This has been an exciting period of action! King throws a series of punches but Don avoids them all with ease. #T1# Don misses with an uppercut. King saw that one coming. King was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. King darts in and out, connecting with a jab. King lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. King shoots in but Don avoids the takedown attempt easily. King lands a body shot.
Don misses with a hook. The fighters circling - King throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Don fails with the takedown and King counters with a stiff right hand. King with a hook.#T2# Don walks into a straight right hand from King. Don misses with a looping left. Don on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Don throws a leg kick and King counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Don has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from King finds it's way round the side to connect with Don's head. King bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Don's head backwards. Klayton King seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. King throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Don's waist but Don gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing King off to one side. King jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
King is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all. Don takes one to the chin there. King connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. King scores with a jab to the jaw.#T3# King connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Don takes one on the chin but seems OK.
King lands with a nice combination. Don backs away looking to recover. Don walks into a straight right hand from King. Don walks into a straight right hand from King. Don stuffs the takedown. King connects with a nice looking jab.
King lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
King will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. A jab from King does it's job there.#T4# King shoots in for a takedown but Don shows good takedown defense. Don swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Don closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. King thuds his right hand into Don's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Don with a lazy takedown attempt and King cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Don throws a leg kick and King counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. King connects with a single shot there. King has a takedown stuffed. King lands with a straight right. Don didn't see that one coming. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Don covers up and King unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Benjamins is defended easily by Slamister. And Slamister tries to counter it with a takedown but Benjamins pushes his down on his head and steps out. Benjamins misses with a takedown attempt - Slamister sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.#CL2# Slamister clinches. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#TD2# Slamister gets control of Benjamins's arms and successfully pulls guard. Slamister has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Slamister is squeezing on Benjamins like an anaconda would it's prey. Benjamins fails to tap and has fallen unconscious!
