Brutal throws a right hand that Boo ducks under and follows up with a left that Boo also avoids with ease. Sloppy strikes from Boo. Those never looked like landing. Brutal throws a nice looking combination but Boo bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Brutal has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Boo misses with a double jab.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Brutal ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Brutal scores with a one two! Boo had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Brutal swats away the attempt to clinch by Boo. #R1# Anthony shoots and misses and Anthony takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Kurva takes a swing at Anthony's ribcage but misses. Anthony tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Anthony avoids the body shot from Kurva.
Anthony feints the counter takedown.#TD2# Anthony shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Anthony was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Kurva managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Anthony.
#SUB2# Anthony is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Kurva is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. The ground and pound from Anthony seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. You can see the frustration on Kurva's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kurva dodges the ground and pound from Anthony. and Alanavi makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. OfAlphas really felt that one! OfAlphas circles away from the clinch attempt.

Dancer buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Brutal takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Dancer does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Brutal avoids the body shot from Dancer.
Brutal looks to land a right hand but Dancer moved out of range. Dancer just misses with a punch to the body.
A head kick from Dancer lands but Brutal takes it in his stride. Brutal throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Charles swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Charles throws a low kick but Watch avoids it. Charles connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Charles scores with a kick to the body.

Vogel has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Vogel trying to control the position from guard on top but Taro is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Vogel in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Vogel pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Taro is keeping the position for now. Taro has his hands on Vogel's head, controlling the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Vogel throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Aims has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Aims moves out of range of the body kick. Aims swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Givens defending well as Aims loads up on a big left hand. Givens uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Givens has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Animal House in the buildup to the fight. Aims scores with a nice strike. Givens swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Givens rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Aims moves out of range and avoids them all easily. A big right from Aims misses. Aims takes one to the side of the head.

We've been hearing reports that Lang has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. Lang throws a shot to the body.

That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Givens throws a right hand that Killer ducks under and follows up with a left that Killer also avoids with ease. Givens connects with a looping right hand.
Killer fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Givens to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Givens looks to clinch but Killer throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Givens taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
