Day on the wrong end of a nice jab. Day drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Day misses with a double jab.
Day throws a right and a left that both miss. A head kick by Day misses #KD# and Dominiguez counters with a nice uppercut that drops Day onto his backside! Day bounces straight back to his feet before we have a chance to even start the count. He'll get the standing 8 count anyway before we get back underway.#ROC# Day is rocked! Julian Day seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Day uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Dominiguez.

Dum uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Yol. Dum throwing a counter right hand but Yol manages to avoid it. Yol misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Yol throws a body kick despite being completely out of range and Dum counters with a straight right hand. Yol wants to clinch up but Dum keeps it at a distance.
