Kholin looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Kholin dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Kholin jabs Lee to the body, keeping him at a distance. Kholin throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Lee uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Kholin.#CL2# Lee has taken the fight to the clinch.
Lee looks to throw an elbow but misses. #TD2# Lee pulls guard. Kholin throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Lee works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Maddox is looking to clinch. Darth Maddox seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Althor fails to land with a series of punches.
Althor lands with a nice body punch. Nice body punch from Althor. Althor throws a right and a left that both miss. Althor misses with an uppercut. Maddox saw that one coming. Maddox has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Althor throws a series of punches but Maddox avoids them all with ease. Althor misses with a looping right. Althor looks to land a combination but Maddox avoids it well. Maddox walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. This has been an exciting period of action! Maddox throws a jab when Althor was well out of range. Althor appears to be looking for a big counter. A left and a right from Althor both land. Nice combination. Althor throws a hook to the side of Maddox's head but Maddox sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. We've been told by Althor's head coaches at Battle Science that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Maddox throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Althor stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Maddox throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Althor ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Althor went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected. A looping hook to the body misses from Maddox. Althor does a little dance to reset his feet.#T1# Althor throws a body shot but no joy. Althor slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Maddox lands a slapping body shot.

Althor connects with a single shot there. Althor wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Sloppy strikes from Althor. Those never looked like landing. Maddox looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Althor misses with a body shot.
