Reis fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Strong on the side of the head. Strong throws the left hand but Reis avoids the punch easily. Reis throws a jab but it's blocked by Strong. Strong gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Reis. Strong throws a low kick, looking for Reis's leg but Reis calmly moves out of range. Strong takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Strong blocks the body kick.

Strong had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into mush. Strong throwing a counter right hand but Reis manages to avoid it. Strong steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Reis. That one must have hurt. Strong tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Reis is able to avoid easily. Reis scores with a nice head shot. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Strong throws a hook to the side of Reis's head but Reis sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. A cross from Reis lands. Reis misses the jab.#T4# Strong pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Reis fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Strong manages to avoid it. A swing and a miss from Strong. Reis jabbing away but nothing is landing. Reis throws the left hand but Strong avoids the punch easily. Strong takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Reis works the jab nicely. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Reis lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Strong has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Strong and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Strong misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Reis throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. A left lands for Reis. Reis avoids the body shot from Strong.
LaDaniel Strong has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Dakota Reis is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Strong jabs Reis right on the nose. Reis blinks but takes it well.
