We've been informed that Awesome has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Jones throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Some bone on bone action there as Awesome checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

Roussow takes a little break here. Behring wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Roussow working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
Behring is working to avoid the ground and pound but Roussow connects with a decent elbow.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Shavershian has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
