Adams looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.#TD2# A momentary lapse in concentration from Adams enables Miekka to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Adams manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Miekka wants to control from the top but Adams keeps moving. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Miekka is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Miekka wants to pass the guard but Adams is keeping the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Miekka trying to move into half guard but instead Adams has managed to sweep!#REVR# Miekka keeping moving, preventing Adams from controlling successfully. Miekka managing to control the position. Miekka is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Adams manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Miekka manages to get himself to full guard.

He's half up but Miekka has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Miekka pivots and extends the arm, Adams falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Miekka! Well done that man!

Pitstain throws a leg kick that is checked and Shipley counters with a nice body shot. #CL2# Pitstain tries to keep at a distance but Shipley has taken the fight into the clinch. Shipley lands with a short head shot on the inside. Shipley lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Shipley pushes Pitstain back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. A short right from Shipley on the inside. Shipley lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Shipley is working Pitstain over against the cage. Shipley lands a shoulder strike. A short right from Shipley on the inside. Shipley lands a right hand. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Shipley creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. #T1# Shipley lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Nice sprawl there from Tiramisu as Bryant shoots in.#TD# Bryant throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Tiramisu was covering up waiting for the punch and Bryant finishes the takedown easily into guard. Tiramisu pushes Bryant off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Bryant doesn't succeed with the takedown and Tiramisu counters with a series of strikes. Bryant will be more careful next time no doubt. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!#TD2# Bryant gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Tiramisu to score an easy takedown into full guard.#SU2# Bryant is working an open guard so Tiramisu takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. It seemed like Warren was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.#TD# Adams shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Warren dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Smash Adams seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.#KD2# Warren lands a big uppercut and Adams crumbles to the floor! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Headingery on the wrong end of some ground and pound. Headingery wants to control but Ruiz postures up. Headingery tries to strike but it doesn't land. Headingery is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Ruiz off and has taken his back! Headingery seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission.#SUB# Ruiz won't enjoy being in this position. Headingery looking for the choke. Oh... he's slipped the arm under the neck - Ruiz is tapping - it's over boys! Headingery picks up the submission victory!

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Lokren scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Lokren postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Lokren connects with a couple of short punches. Lokren loads up on a big left hand. Tiramisu felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Lokren looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Tiramisu can't hide his disappointment, as Lokren celebrates the victory.

Pitstain throws a right and a left that Ruiz avoids nicely. A little jabbing left from Ruiz on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Pitstain throws a sloppy head kick and Ruiz counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Pitstain misses with a double jab.

Ruiz has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Pitstain is landing a low percentage of strikes. A close round but Smash Adams will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Smash Adams's cut. That's time! Gutz's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.#R2# Gutz keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Good shot there by Gutz. Gutz cracks Adams with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Adams moves out of range as Gutz strikes. Micky Gutz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Adams on the wrong end of a nice jab.#CUT#That has opened up Smash Adams's cut even more.#KD# Gutz feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Adams sprawling to the canvas! Adams rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Gutz finish him?!
#ROC#Adams is rocked!#CUT#The cut above Smash Adams's eye is starting to cause him problems now. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Adams is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Gutz doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Adams crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Adams's bad books for that mishap!
