Oksanen cracks Izanagi with a good jab. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Oksanen, as that shot connected.

A quick step to the side and Oksanen tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect. Oksanen ducks under a wild hook from Izanagi. Izanagi takes a shot right to the bread basket. Oksanen misses with a wild body shot. Izanagi throws a hook but Oksanen avoids it easily. We've been told by Oksanen's head coaches at The Tank Factory that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Izanagi misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

That kick from Izanagi tenderised Oksanen's leg. Oksanen is trying to keep his angry face on. Oksanen's jab looks to have found its range, popping Izanagi under the eye. Izanagi lands a high kick!

The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Toehold shoots in for a double leg but Fiachna sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.#CL2# Fiachna closes the distance and clinches. And in the blue corner, fighting out of St Petersburg, with a TWGC record of 82 wins and 88 losses; Darragh Fiachna! The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Daniel Cesar and Emerson Jorge.
The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way. Fiachna is looking to clinch. #CL2# Fiachna closes the distance and clinches. Chai prevents a takedown attempt there.

Korhonen throws a lazy head kick and Sitsongrit counters with a nice low kick that buckles Korhonen's knee momentarily. Sitsongrit takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Nice body punch from Sitsongrit. Sitsongrit changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Sitsongrit scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Korhonen doesn't seem bothered though. Sitsongrit lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Korhonen tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Korhonen will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
