Robbins doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
No luck for Robbins with that takedown attempt.
Berdnikov fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Robbins.
Robbins tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Berdnikov makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Robbins misses with a hook. Berdnikov ducked under it nicely.
It looked like Berdnikov was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Robbins.
Robbins throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Berdnikov's waist but Berdnikov gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Robbins off to one side.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Berdnikov has an Americana. Robbins didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Berdnikov is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Berdnikov hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

A very excited looking Alexei Berdnikov rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.

Brooks doesn't care though - he's delighted!

Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Binse screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
