Xolo is trying hard to land a takedown here. Granger sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. #CL2# Granger clinches up against the cage. Granger lands a shot to the body. Xolo tries to break free but Granger pushes him back against the cage. Granger misses with a hook to the ribs.
Granger lands with a short head shot on the inside. Granger scores with a shoulder strike. Xolo definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Granger scores with a hook to the body. Xolo tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Granger smiles and moves away.
Xolo shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Axe Xolo. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Granger finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.

Xolo is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Granger to keep the fight standing. Granger lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Xolo or not. Granger lands a shoulder strike. Granger is pushing Xolo up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Xolo tries to pull guard but Granger holds him up against the cage and eventually Xolo drops back down to his feet.

What a finish by Granger!

Dragos slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Sualhuaia wants to control but Dragos postures up.#SUB# Dragos is trying to get an arm triangle but Sualhuaia is defending well. #SUB# Dragos tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Sualhuaia is positioning himself to get back to half guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dragos is looking to take a break and control but Sualhuaia is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Sualhuaia is looking to regain half guard here but Dragos keeps moving and retains side control. #T1##SUB# Dragos is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Sualhuaia is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Xolo looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Churchill scores with a jab to the jaw. Churchill scores with a nice head shot. Churchill with a jab. Xolo walks into a jab. Xolo takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. The crowd cheers as Churchill lands an impressive looking overhand right. Xolo doesn't seem phased though. Avery Churchill seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Oliver knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for King on the ground. King wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back. Oliver really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for King. Oliver trying to control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Oliver is not going to allow King to sit and survive in this position. King wants to escape the position.

The fight stays on the outside here - King looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Ewenty looks to land a combination but King avoids it well. King is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own. King looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.#CL# King gets tackled into the cage by Ewenty. Ewenty maintains the clinch. Ewenty lands a left hand that snaps the head of King backwards. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#TD# Ewenty has hold of one of King's legs. King is fighting the takedown attempt but Ewenty gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.#SUB2# King working for submissions but it's allowed Ewenty to get to half guard.

King is wriggling around but Ewenty manages to pass to half guard.

Superboy's corner calls for a 1-2. Superboy obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. #ROC2# Sualhuaia is rocked! Sualhuaia gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Superboy counters with a lovely straight right hand! Oh Sualhuaia is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Superboy gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!

Simpson knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. #T1##SUB# Xolo wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Simpson, who protects the arm well. Sualhuaia ducks under a wild hook from Aki. In Sualhuaia seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Sualhuaia with a poor takedown and Aki counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Sualhuaia doesn't succeed with the takedown and Aki connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Aki cracks Sualhuaia with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Sualhuaia tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Aki pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Sualhuaia is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

#R1# Xolo shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Owet but Owet pushes him off and we're back to square one. Owet stuffs the takedown. Nice sprawl there from Owet as Xolo shoots in. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Axe Xolo. That's going to take a lot out of him. Owet throws a series of punches but Xolo avoids them all with ease. Nok Yu Owet seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Owet stuns Xolo with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Xolo is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Owet. No luck for Xolo with that takedown attempt.
