I was talking to Lee's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight. Bakarow is breathing heavily. A nice left hand lands by Lee.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Hardy has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.#TD# Mantzurin pulls Hardy into guard.

That was a close second round but I would say that Monni Mantzurin will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Hardy displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Mantzurin. Hardy swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Mantzurin with a poor takedown and Hardy counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Monni Mantzurin. That's going to take a lot out of him. Oliver Hardy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Mantzurin shoots for a double leg takedown but Hardy sprawls well. Will he be able to recover?!! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Mantzurin shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Hardy as he jumps to the side. Hardy feints a jab promting Mantzurin to slip. Hardy then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Mantzurin slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. Hardy stuffs the takedown. Mantzurin walks straight into a right hand from Hardy - that's dropped him! Hardy jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Mantzurin from any more punishment! Mantzurin complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

Mantzurin just leaning against Turmarrov, taking a breather. Mantzurin scores with a knee to the head.
