Barnes slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Miguel looks to land a right hand but Barnes moved out of range. Miguel tries to clinch but fails miserably #KD2# and Barnes counters with a crisp right hand that drops Miguel! Barnes lets Miguel back up to his feet, looking for a finish!#ROC2# Miguel is rocked! We've been hearing reports that Miguel has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. Barnes lands a brutal uppercut that launches Miguel off his feet! Miguel tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!

and Abrams counters with a nice uppercut. #TD# Abrams gets caught napping as Benduover dives in and scores a takedown. Abrams manages to retain guard. This has been an exciting period of action! Abrams trying to control the position.
#SUB# Benduover has gone for a leg lock! Abrams slips out almost immediately though and dives into Benduover's guard.#REVB# The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#ES# Benduover is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Abrams presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat. Benduover will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Abrams up against the cage. Abrams wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

#ROC# Abrams is rocked!#CUT# It looks like David Abrams has been cut. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Benduover finds Abrams's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Abrams flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Benduover lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Abrams will be OK.

Moses shoots in for a takedown but Pesado shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Pesado feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Moses's calf. A decent looking cross lands there for Joshua. Joshua is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Wun lands a nice hook to Abrams's body. Abrams takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Abrams lands with an uppercut that bounces Wun off the cage and back into range.

Jakh tries for a takedown but Abrams circles away easily and Abrams counters with a three punch combo that has Jakh backing up. Jakh nods at Abrams to acknowledge the strikes. Jakh misses with a wild combination.
A looping hook to the body misses from Abrams. Jakh does a little dance to reset his feet. Abrams looks for the body kick but Jakh saw that one coming. Jakh has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Abrams finds it's way round the side to connect with Jakh's head. Horrible takedown attempt by Jakh or perhaps it was just good defense by Abrams, which made it look bad. David Abrams has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. Dookie is keen to just control but Moses is a slippery customer. Moses wants to control but Dookie is keeping busy.

Our spies down at at Cozad MMA Tokyo inform us that Choko has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Chalhoub is stalling in the full guard. Choko is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
