Da Silva fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Face avoids it really well and circles away. Face wants to counter the offense by Da Silva and move into the clinch position. #R1# Levanashvilli leaves Voilier with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Levanashvilli throws a series of punches but Voilier avoids them all with ease. Voilier defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Levanashvilli. Levanashvilli tries to close the distance and clinch but Voilier swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. A quick step to the side and Voilier tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect. Levanashvilli fails miserably with a takedown attempt. As Levanashvilli tries to get set, Voilier tries to push him back and clinch up but Levanashvilli manages to avoid the attempt. Voilier throws a sloppy head kick and Levanashvilli moves out of range easily. As Voilier backs off Levanashvilli throws a huge counter combo but Voilier manages to avoid it all. Levanashvilli misses with a double jab.

Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Levanashvilli. Voilier raining down hammerfists from mount. Levanashvilli can't escape the position.

We've been hearing reports that Vilenius has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. The fight stays on the outside here - Velazquez looks like he's thinking about clinching though. A counter left hand to the body from Vilenius misses its target. Velazquez moves out of range of the strikes. Velazquez misses with a takedown attempt and Velazquez takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. #CUT# It looks like Kain Velazquez has been cut. Velazquez fails with an attempt to clinch.
Vilenius scores with a hook to the body. Velazquez takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Velazquez misses with a double jab.
Vilenius smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Velazquez misses with a takedown attempt and Vilenius counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
