Following his picture perfect title defence Yuki Nakai had this to say at the post fight press conference: Nicky Santoro, some people say that I screwed you out of the title at KRT 84. The truth is Nicky that you screwed yourself....... you screwed yourself by believing that you were the better man that night,..... you screwed yourself by believing that you were championship material... you screwed yourself by thinking that your victory over me was worth anything... you got lucky... a million to one chances are just that and lightning doesn't strike twice... Santoro if you accept the fight offer for RR28 then that will be your last mistake... but look on the bright side... after I beat you at least you come back down from your cloud.... at least you will know ... like everybody else knows... that Yuki Nakai is the greatest MMA fighter in this company... no .... on the entire planet. Im done here... get out my face... turn that camera off!!! |
