SYN has its history intertwined with MMA Tycoon's. We are now allowing all managers to access the complete data about fights, records and a new revamped Manager Ranking.

The new point system is as follows:
- 1 point for title fight draw
- 1 point for non title wins
- 2 point for OTN award
- 3 points for title fight win
- 4 points for Tournament win
- 5 points for breaking record
- 10 Points for HOF fighter

We have also linked our new website to SYNs organization page. You can access the direct links for Manager Rankings, Records Page and Database and new dataset containing all fights history from SYN.

It's the most comprehensible and complete database for an MMA Tycoon organization.

The rankings and records will be updated monthly.

We also want to remind all of the new award system for 2025:

- SYN Fighter of the year (Winner gets 3 months VIP +2Million)

- SYN Manager of the year (Winner gets 6 months VIP +2million)

- SYN Smack talker of the year (winner gets 3 months VIP +2million)

- SYN Alliance of the year (Winning Alliance gets 12 million)

The basis of judging these will be very clearcut and easy.

- Fighter of the year will be given to the most dominant fighter of that year (title wins + overall win loss record + volume of wins)

- Manager of the year will be given to the manager who won the most championships that year.

- Alliance of the year will be given to the alliance that wins the most championships that year.

- And Smack talker of the year will be given to the person who is the most active and has the best smack talk in the smack talk thread

Due to the larger variety in P4P rankings with our roster, and an attempt to get the financials back in the right direction, we will be basing contracts strictly on P4P ranking upon issuing contracts.

All contracts will be for 5 fights, however, this is only a 4 fight extension as there will be 1 fight left on your current contract prior to signing that will be replaced.

Inactivity clause is, by default, 30 days. Some exceptions may be made depending on the manager and fighter.

This set fighter pay is to help us stabilize event expenses and income ratio. Even more importantly, it will give motivation to fighters/managers to win and move up into a better pay bracket.

P4P Contracts:

Top 10: 350k/60k/60k
Top 100: 200k/50k/50k
Top 500: 150k/35k/35k
Top 750: 100k/30k/30k
Top 1000: 75k/25k/25k
Base: 50k/10k/10k

Looking at how to best incorporate a 385k+ division here to allow youth to fight at their own skill level while developing for the division they are meant to fight in. Perhaps open weight class and keep the fights as close to size matchup as possible? Or keep it as is where it's simply open weight, but restricted by ID.

This would not fade out the current roster of 25YO creations who made their way from Highland, but that division is dwindling as expected, and figure it could be used for a youth development division for your guys who are just not quite ready to take on the elite in their weight class.

Current 385k+ fighters who are on the roster would be allowed to move over into that division if they wish. I could potentially hold micro-tournaments or do other cool little side ideas for manager enjoyment.
