Guys, try to keep coach sessions at a maximum of 4 fighters per session. It gets past that the sessions becomes literally useless.
Also, try to spar/do yoga/cardio/weight at least 4 times a week. This will help in not overloading the coach sessions.

Just added one Boxing coach teaching Punch Technique, one Wrestling Coach teaching Takedowns and Takedown Defence and one Double Elite Coach (Boxing & Muay Thai) to teach Striking Defence
