Boxing: Monday AM
Muay Thai: Tuesday AM
Wrestling: Wednesday AM
BJJ: Thursday AM
-Feel free to hop in on any of these sparring days
-Also please try to optimize session sizes! Consider training with a coach not helping other clients, our staff gets lonely when they have nobody to train! And coaches get irritated having lots of students to look after.
(Preferably only one on one sessions, two's are okay if you must)
