Dynasty MMA news history

Just a quick news item to let everyone know that two new trophies have been approved for DMMA and are the beginning of potentially a number more. These two are on the more humorous side of things, but you can read about them here:

Dynasty is excited to announce the additions of the following fighters.

#1 "Highlight" James Diamond (10-9-0)

A dashing Welterweight Prospect who began his career with LAFC. James recently had a brief stint with Enigma which saw him fall to Ruud Altena with a Knee KO loss. Diamond is quite the sticker himself though, with 9 of his 10 wins coming by way of (T)KO. New org new start its time to see if DMMA is the place for the "Highlight" man.

#2 "Brutal" Bobby Brawler (24-20-0)

Bobby Brawler is a man who needs little introduction, spending the vast majority of his pro career in the highly popular orgs of Combate and the SFL. At 36 years of age the time is now for the Brutal one to make his mark in the sport. Brawler has fought for the Welterweight strap in SFL twice, following short in both fights. Hopefully Dynasty lives a lasting impression, welterweight just added two more fresh faces with Mr. Diamond and Bobby B now!

#3 Johnny "Muscogee" Puma (4-0-0)

at just 24 years of age and only 4 pro fights under his belt we don't know exactly what we are getting out of this fierce young fighter. His previous fights have all been QFC circuit style with his last couple opponents having a little experience at least outside of QFC fights. Puma though looked very dominant in all his fights though showing off his BJJ skills and his ability to Knock someone out if needed. This guy could very well be the next big thing here in the Light Heavyweight Division, only time will tell.

#4 Twea King (25-18-2)

Another veteran of the sport with nearly 50 fights under his belt Twea King will dive into the DMMA Featherweight Division. The once crowned Demolition Bantamweight champion, Twea is has reached as high at the top 100 P4P worldwide as a pro, but at 39 years old I'm sure he would want nothing more but to improve upon that. A very versatile fighter is king with a multitude of ways to finish his prey.

#1 Bento "Anjo dal Morte" Barboza (15-9-0)

Are final addition is one that we are super pumped at because he is a Heavyweight Champion here at DMMA and has had some very memorable bouts here with Jason Hightower. Barboza has also recently captured the gold at GAMMA in there Super Heavyweight division. Bento has all the tools in his belt to reach the top again he and new manager Antonio Haros look to bring him back to the promise land!

Dynasty MMA continues to bring in new faces to the Mix here. With the recent signing of Leonard Narushima who recently made his successful Debut in a slugfest with DMMA vet Pete Tyler. Its always good to see fresh talent inside the DMMA cage especially when there putting on a show like Leonardo. Now with the addition of Leonardo and Raphael Ambrosius Costeau making his return it's just a matter of time before the rest of the Ninja Turtles come join the Dynasty Family. With that said let's take a quick peek at 5 more recent signings to the Roster here at Dynasty.

#1 Martin "Meatball" Johnson (10-4-0)

Martin is a winner of two straight fights in his previous promotion and has won 3 out of his last 5. Martin will make his heavyweight debut at DMMA 202 against Jim Longchain.

#2 Jimmy Nitro (11-8-0)

Nitro is now stranger to DMMA in fact he has been fighting for the Dynasty Contenders brand for his last 8 fights. Jimmy though has recently decided he is ready to move up to the Big Leagues and as a former DC Middleweight Champ we agree and are ecstatic for his return against Brock Hardman, which will go down at DMMA 202.

#3 Ron Funches (8-3-0)

has been away from the MMA business since January of 2021 but has just signed a new 5 fight deal with DMMA. Now under the management of Bear Stevenson Funches who is a phenomenal Striker with excellent Submission skills will join a fun DMMA Featherweight division. Ron makes his debut with us in just 9 days' time at DMMA 199, where he will meet long time DMMA vet Kain Mack.

#4 Grant Alyoshin (29-13-0)

Are biggest signing of this batch was by far is former two-time Combate Heavyweight champion and Nfld Heavyweight Champion Grant Alyoshin. Now with the Grant and Leonardo Narushima, this DMMA Heavyweight division is finally coming back to its prominence. Grant will meet streaking HW Sheikh Mahmut at DMMA 205.

#5 Marium Silva (15-3-0)

Marium is another returning fighter who has not fought at Dynasty since September of 2022. Silva is a BJJ expert with 14 of his 15 victories coming by way of Submission. Marium has not been booked yet but look for him to jump in the mix at 155 real soon here at Dynasty MMA.
