Who Is Diego “Ceara” Brandao?

Fighter profile of Diego Brandao by Tony Rossi

It is an easy question to ask, so why is it so hard to answer? In a nut shell Brandao is just another Mixed Martial Artists looking to hit it big. He found his way to a great manage who is a part of a great alliance. Can that be it? Is there more? Let’s take a deeper look into the career of Diego “Ceara” Brandao.

Diego was born in the touristic city of Fortaleza Brazil. Not just a wonderful place to grow up, but almost a perfect place to train as a fighter. A warm tropical climate all year around makes it almost perfect for keeping up cardio and working out all year. With little down time mixed training at an early age a lot of fighters comi

 SATURDAY

Heavyweight Prize Fighting on Saturday night will give us another joy as we will get to watch the greatness of Jeremy Jackson show off his skills yet again. The entire card is great and it was probably extremely hard to make the decision on who would headline the event as we have at least 3 fights worth that top title.

The original Gangster, as they say “The OG” Kent Phillips will represent Beastmode and Milwaukee’s best as he will look to devour Geodude Golem in the cage Saturday. With a 65lb weight advantage and a brown belt to boot, the OG Kent Phillips will most likely look to get the fight to the ground early and often where he can control the fight, while Golem is an exceptional standup fighter, his skills are greatly diminished once he ends up on the ground and that HEAVYweight will bear down quickly aiding Kent in this match. A victory over Tom Riddle followed up with a KO over Luciano de Olivera since joining HWP is what Kent Phillips has held on his resume and I think he has a very good shot at updating it with another finish victory this weekend as well.

GAMMA: Fighter of the year 2013

Global Association of MMA, Fight Organization, London
Company profile by Mentor Guru Corleone

I am back from my holiday now and i am very proud to announce the top 3 GAMMA fighters for the 2013 year!

#3 Keith Green (129720) 10-3-0 record in GAMMA for 2013

Keith had a dominating year. He joined GAMMA in 2012 and went on 5 fight winning streak on root to beating Raz Matazz for the 185lbs title. He then beat the best on the 185lbs division including top level fighters like Fred Ettish (2x), Usain Watts. He had a small slip up with Frank Sinatra, losing a late submission, but regained the title almost immediately after. Towards the end of the year he had a slump in form, losing 2 of his last 3 fights before retiring early December at just 29y of age. He was inducted to the GAMMA HOF soon after.

#2 Simon Williams (58148) 8-2-1 record in GAMMA for 2013

Simon returned to action after a hiatus and decided to join the GAMMA heavyweight division, which was packed with big names such as Fidel Dubbery and Buster Grimes at the

Light Heavyweight: Tim Tupy (0-0) vs Cullen Bohannen (0-0)

Kicking things off is a good old fashioned mystery fight between two men about to step into the cage for the very first time. Tim Tupy's camp are making a lot of noise about this guy, who at 19 looks set for a bright future in MMA. They say he has excellent hands, solid grappling and near limitless potential. Standing opposite him will be Cullen Bohannen and he is no lamb to the slaughter. Impressive on the pads and with a strong wrestling pedigree he is only short of seasoning. This one all comes down to game planning

 Troid: Resurgence Preview

Troid is back! After being closed for just over One year, Troid has returned to its roots, with its first event in Paddy O’Malley’s Irish Bar in London. With a full 10 fight card on display and with the 170lbs and 205lbs tournaments starting, we go more in depth to compare the fighters on show, and give a prediction for each fight.

Clark Dlgirhadsgklasdjf (3-2-0 vs White “Sir” Zare (0-1-0)

The first matchup of Troids relaunch puts Dlgirhadsgklasdjf (wow that was a mouthful) against Zare. Both fighters will be looking to have the fight in a different area, with Dlgirhadsgklasdjf, despite having a good ground game, seemingly prefers to have the fight in the clinch. Zare has one defeat on his record but has superior standup but against Clark’s strange setup, even that could be tricky for him. Cheers for the long name mate.
