185 lbs division fight between Nigel "The Spoon" McHughes (154144) and "The American Dragon" Daniel Bryan (186970)
McHughes was an eagle-eyed demon in the standup and landed an amazing 85% of his standing strikes and also got 100% of his takedowns (3). Everything was working like clockwork for McHughes until he got to the ground and thats where it fizzled and splooged....blah yuck. Bryan? Did you say Bryan? Oh yeah...he was there... I could feel the wind...punches and kicks both flapping in the wind and missing 71% of the time, I almost had to turn up my collor...
Results: The 3 judges see the fight slightly different at 28:29/27:30/27:30 in favor of your winner, by unanimous decision... Nigel McHughes!

Review By Kim Jong-un (102643) "The Screamun Koreaun"
On 14 March, 2015, A new smell was in the air with tension burning on the edges as a new GAMMA org begins its journey as a premier feeder org in Las Vegas this chilly nite in the desert.
Organ Harvasting for Dummies 101 seems to be the event sponsor with this action-packed event having 7 fights resulting ZERO of them hearing the final bell. Yup. You heard me straight....7 fights and none of them heard the final bell. But you think I spoiled it for yah? Oh no....perhaps not....check out these fights !
1st Fight was at 170 lbs between Igor Stankevich and Jack Child
Both warriors throwing and missing wonderfully and Stankevich looking like the more aggressive as they dance around a bit and suddenly like Batman and Robin, Bing Bang Biff, Stankevich landed a 4 punch combination th cont... |

A sold out crowd hit Hyashi's Lounge in Sydney where two thousand fight fans witnessed a multitude of finishes on May 5th, 2015. Only 2 out of 9 fights went the distance, which had five fighters tap out to an array of different submissions and two hit the canvas by way of clean knock outs. If there were awards up on the night, it would be a hard pick as there were some great finishes on display. In spectacular fashion all finishes came in the first round.
The wins included the Middleweight (185 lbs) and Heavyweight (265 lbs) Title holders retaining their status as the best in their respective divisions. The Interim Superheavyweight (265+ lbs) Champion was also decided, with long standing champion and the highest ranked P4P fighter in BYFC, Lee Norris, having to watch from outside the cage. :. Jenen def. Macbeth by Submission (Americana) at 1:40 of Round 1 to Retain the BackYard Fight Club Middleweight (185 lbs) Title .:
Both fighters in the Main event had already battled three times prior to this fight and Jenen was up in the head-to-head war 2-1. Both men were known finishers with Jenen having 10 submission wins under his belt and Macbeth finishing all of his winning fights via TKO. A finish was more than likely going in, and the fans weren’t disappointed.
It was a rather short fight for the Middleweight’s and the reigning champion shot in early for a takedown, improved his position on the ground into side control then used his superior BJJ skills to lock in the Americana and tap out the challenger. “The Captain” improved to 3-1 with BYFC and made his second consecutive title defence, yet his contract with BYFC ended with this fight.
With the Middleweight title possibly vacated and Brody Macbeth one of the higher ranked challengers in the division, we may just see the one time champion get another shot at the title before too long.
:.Horse def. Lewis by Submission (RNC) at 07:40 of Round 1 to Win the Interim BackYard Fight Club Superheavyweight (265+ lbs) Title
.: The Co-Main event saw the vacated BackYard Fight Club Interim Superheavyweight (265+ lbs) Title up for grabs, whi cont... |

The young stud was trained by one of the greatest mangers in TYCOON History Lance Templeton but because of The Bottles drinking problems Lance cut his ass from his super fighter stable, which then sent Jack into a swilling state of depression and drinking.
While on one of his drinking benders he met an also depressed Frank King the struggling manager who was coming of another of his stables fighters losing streaks. After talking all night King found out The bottles history problems and who he was trained by, King in a last grasp at Tycoon management rise to glory, made a bet that he could drink 10 shots faster than Jack. If King won the bet Jack would sign with him, if he lost he would change his name POO PUSHER!!!
Luckily for King he won and Jack signed the next day. They came up with a deal that as long as he was sober for fight night he could drink and train when he wanted.
Frank got him a cheeky little deal with one of the most promising up and coming org’s TROID. Soon as The Bottle sign he started calling out the champion while drunk. Grant Brophy laughed it off and said earn your shot and set up a fight with Mats Söderlund .
After dominating in the counter striking stand up Jack cut his opponent and the doctor stopped it due to a cut. You can only imagine what the celebration drinks were like after this fight, rumour is Jack and Frank were not seen for 4 days and both come back with matching love heart tattoos with each other initials inside.
After the 4 day bender it was back to business and Jack called out former champion Carlo Froch. The Fight went all the way this time but again Jack dominated the fight from start to finish. After this fight though something strange happened, Jac cont... |
