SMFL Announces 10th Card

SM Fight Liiga (384K+), Fight Organization, Helsinki
Company profile by Billy Talent

SM Fight-Liiga, a new but well emerging organization out of Helsinki, made a milestone announcement this past week with the official proclamation of their 10th card.

"It's been a long road getting here, but we're beyond delighted to finally have pen to paper and sign on to book the Hard Knocks Arena on Saturday, March 11th. It's been a grind, but we feel this is incredibly important for what we're trying to build here." Owner and President Billy Talent stated in a Zoom interview from Finland.

"While we don't have any fights booked yet, we plan on having multiple - hopefully three - title matches ready to go for our fans. It's going to be a night to remember, and we're beyond excited to have this on tap."

Though the organization is continuosly building its presence in Helsinki, Talent is very vocal that he is still looking to add to the roster of fighters who hold an ID between 384K and 389K.

The co-main event features a bout between the #2 and #3 ranked welterweights in the world as Dude McWrestler (24-8-0) takes on Frank Morrison (25-12-0) in what should be a #1 contender fight for Raate Road at 170 lbs. KIFC 5

Highland: Resurrection, Fight Organization, Montreal
Company profile by Thomas Forrester

With the blood still wet on the mat at the Micro Area, reporters flocked to the post fight press conference to question the newest Champions. Thomas Forrester was all smiles as he introduced John McCoy as the inaugural lightweight champion and Bernard Edwards as the inaugural middleweight champion.

When talking about McCoy, Thomas said, “Look, John was putting people to sleep in the QFC and we anticipated that he would continue to bring that power to the KIFC. While he fought a game opponent in Karolj Kasap, his power and experience were just too much. Watching John throw elbows like a juiced-up Kenny Florian in his prime is a scary thing. It will be interesting to see who is next to fight John, he has yet to be taken out of the first round.”

Next Thomas talked about Bernard Edwards, who fought a tough as nails Batara Sari. Thomas said, “Look, Bernard did exactly what you need to do to a high leve

Jaimie Hopson Breaks the Curse!

Fighter profile of Jaimie Hopson by Jason Hopson

The peoples most hated fighter who hails from the Burrow, Jaimie Hopson, is unfortunately the man who broke the Burrows championship curse. Making it 1 win and 5 losses when it comes to title fights.

after being asked how he feels, Jaime stated "I knew I was the best the burrow had, I'm also the best 185 pounder in my bracket. I'll dominate anyone. If striker wants a rematch I'll send him back to hospital... if Maurelli wants a shot, I'll stop his takedowns with an uppercut from hell... and if they pussy Gio De Rossi wants to fight me... well, actually he won't. He declines all fights against champions and just cherry picks his opponents, so I don't need to worry about that."

The Alpha Wolf Jaimie Hopson will wait in the sidelines for a week or 2 to let the division develop before facing the next rightful #1 contender, where he looks to make his first title defense.
