 Hello Sucker Punch fans! Let me begin this by apologizing for being unable to work on getting a preview out the other day for Sucker Punch Pro Series 18…unfortunately work has been hell this week and they’ve really kept things a bit crazy for us! That said, I’ve got some time here finally to get a bit of a review out for the event…so here goes!
As always, I’m Hare Rumpler with my partner and analyst Donkey “Dan”. Suzy Sucker Punch, our media correspondent, is always with us as well and ready to dish out some of the dirt behind the scenes with our fighters and managers, although I’ve been told it’s quiet on that front for the most part here!
This was a fun one with a little bit of everything folks! And it showed, as we ended up having probably our third or fourth highest rated event…and…wow…actually made a little tiny bit of profit on this one! That’s like only the second or third time that’s happened since we’ve been running, so cool to that! We had a few Heavyweights going the other night, both a regular bout between Porter and Henderson as well as the big Co-Main Event of Chontamenti defending his title against Boris Balkan! We had a Light Heavyweight bout, a Middleweight one and even a quadruplet of Featherweight fights on the docket for ya! And of course, nobody can forget about the Welterweight title fight between Ronnie Bass and Konrad Wagner!
