Well hello again to all our Sucker Punch faithful out there! I’m Hare Rumpler, and boy does it feel like I just sat in the booth here with my along with my partner and analyst, Donkey “Dan”, working on a piece for you guys! Oh, wait, that’s because we did due to my being such a slacker and us just getting the review for SPPS 44 out last evening, haha. Well, we’re coming right back at you today with a preview of SPPS 45 which will take place tonight over at Hard Knocks – Sydney!
We’re only a few weeks away now from what I believe will be our return to the Bondi Outdoor Arena! Yes, we’re close to testing the waters and moving back up into the fantastic 5,500 person outdoor venue that we all know and love and I’m very excited about that. As much as I love Hard Knocks and it’s more intimate atmosphere I’m also very stoked to be able to pack more fans live into the place to see our amazing fighters go at it live!
That said, let’s talk about Sucker Punch Pro Series 45 here tonight! Because we have a HELL of a midweek card on tap for our fans around the world! Not one, but TWO, big Championship fights scheduled for this evening with both the Heavyweight and Middleweight titles on the line. Damn! Donkey, back in the States we have an old ancestral saying that goes something along the lines of March coming in like a lion and going out like a lamb. I guess what that’s supposed to mean is that traditionally if the beginning of March has some ferocious weather then by the end of March things will have settled down and it’ll be fairly calm. Well, I can guarantee you that here at Sucker Punch we’re coming ROARING into March, but I can make zero guarantees out us coming out of it calm! Ha! Heck, I sure as all hell hope not! I say keep up the intensity, the crazy action and never let em rest boys!
So let’s move on here and get into the details of our fights this evening right after we get a word in about our sponsor and merchandise partner!
