Tonight on MMA Hype, Brett Clarke and Jared Asante are proud to discuss MMA Hype 6 that will be held this Sunday, at the Palmtree in Las Vegas.
Here’s Brett and Jared.

Jared Asante: Good evening ladies and gentlemen! We finally reached a milestone at MMA Hype Promotion, this Sunday showcasing a bunch of returning fighters.

Brett Clarke: Yes sir mister, we’re starting to see more and more familiar faces and it’s nice to see them improve between every fight. I visited a few gyms over the past days and can tell that many fighters are showing great improvements from their last fights. The hype is real. We will start to see early contenders for each of our divisions starting Sunday.

Jared: Let’s move on to the description of our main card for this event.

CO-MAIN EVENT - 205lbs - Van Soto vs Dante Drayman

Brett: For the co-main event, we have a light heavyweight showdown between Van Soto and Dante Drayman. Drayman made history at our first ever event when he scored the promotion’s first ever knockout. I still remember that night, the fans were insane and after the event, there’s a few guys who started to call him out to challenge him, but he kept his cool, saying he’d strike with anyone who’s man enough to enter the cage with him.

His opponent, Van Soto, is brand new to the professional stage, but after watching him at his gym for a couple days, I can tell he means business. He’s an excellent boxer, some would even say wonderful, and will be looking to use his reach advantage to shut down Drayman’s rise to the top.

Jared: I vaguely remember MMA Hype 1, blame the booze, but the one thing that is clear in my head is Drayman’s finish in the first round. I think he can reproduce that, which would be an insane statement to the whole light heavyweight division.

MAIN EVENT - 265lbs - Aino Heinonen vs Jesus Huerta

Brett: The main event, this is where champions are made, because this heavyweight showdown between Heinonen and Huerta, both undefeated at MMA Hype, will give us a clear contender in the division.

Heinonen dominated his last fight and secured a beautiful KO in the second round with a knee to the face. Though we only saw a standup side of him, he does have a pretty solid ground game from what I saw in the gym. He’s an experienced poised fighter that is one win away from being the #1 contender at MMA Hype.

I am mostly looking forward to Huerta’s walkout to the stage. The intensity he brings, the mask, the pyros, especially as a main event, this is what it's all about. A slick heavyweight, who has shown dominance on the ground, will be looking to keep a perfect record, and also jump to the top of the contention list. Huerta already has a post fight award for sub of the night at his first event, and will likely want to reproduce that on Sunday night.

Jared: I am looking forward to that main event. Both fighters are on a mission. They’re not the biggest heavyweights, but I seriously think that they both will be champs one day or another. The potential is there, it’s just a matter of keeping it all together.

Jared: That’s a wrap folks. MMA Hype 6 is this Sunday, don’t miss it!
