Nakata decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Volkov felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

Boss drops Muslim with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Muslim looks back up at him and smiles so Boss waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Like Boss seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Boss throws a pinpoint strike between Muslim's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends Muslim crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and Boss scores a great knockout victory!

Like Boss is the new super heavyweight champion!
Like Boss decided to call for a title shot in his post fight interview, which was very strange given the fact this fight was for a title and he's already the champion. I guess that's what getting punched in the head does for you.
Mongolian Muslim was interviewed post fight and said 'This fucking blind referee is friends with the fucking biased judges who are both paid by my PED-using opponent's manager. Fuck them and fuck the haters! What are you looking at asshole? Come at me, I'll mash you like potatoes!! Mommy!! They are threatening me! 😭'.
