The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Heather takes a kick to the side of the head.
Heather fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Aukhadov avoids it really well and circles away.

Heather shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Aukhadov manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Heather thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Aukhadov has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Heather has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Aukhadov taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Heather doesn't care though - he's delighted!

Thrower walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Thrower pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Thrower moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Thrower has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Pham finds it's way round the side to connect with Thrower's head.

Thrower lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Pham circles away quickly and effectively.

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Roman Divac (ranked 222 p4p, 32 weight class) and Brooklyn Brawler (ranked 640 p4p, 97 weight class). Divac kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Nas- Do you hate me now. Brawler is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Beastie Boys- No Sleep till Brooklyn.
