The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Long darts in and clinches Watson up against the cage.

Watson drops Long onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Long is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!

It looks like Barry Long has been cut.

Long has clasped his hands together around Watson's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.

Watson throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done!
This has been an exciting period of action!
A big right followed by a crushing left from Watson knocks Long out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!

Knox works on Francois's body with a couple of short punches.
Knox works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Francois is breathing heavily.
Knox pushes Francois back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Knox is working Francois over against the cage.
A right hook to the body lands for Knox.
A nice left hand lands by Knox.
Knox throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Francoiss head.
Still in the clinch, Knox scores with a nice short uppercut.
Knox throws a big uppercut that drops Francois! More strikes from Knox and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Francois lies dazed against the cage as Knox celebrates with his cornermen!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Zeta Knox!
A very excited looking Zeta Knox made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.

Harris avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Harris lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Willis tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Willis takes a shot to the body in his stride.

Harris lands a big right hand that sends Willis crashing to the mat! Harris stays standing though and waves Willis back to his feet!

Willis is rocked!

It looks like Mitch Willis has been cut.
Willis's coach down at Vinny’s Gym *MLC sponsored gym was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Willis's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Willis slips under a jab.
Willis is still on wobbly legs! Can Harris finish him?
Willis chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Harris can pounce on him.
Harris throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Willis stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Willis looks winded!
Harris lands with a massive overhand right! Stick a fork in Willis - he's out cold! Ermm... I think I just mixed my metaphors but yeah... That was a nice KO! Big win for Harris!

A punch lands to the side of Marti 's head but he takes it in his stride.

It looks like Antoni Marti has been cut.
McDonald definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
McDonald scores with the left hand. Marti knows he should have avoided that one.

McDonald steps into range and cracks Marti with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Marti flops backwards and McDonald dives into his guard looking to finish!

Marti is rocked!

That has opened up Antoni Marti's cut even more.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Marti is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. McDonald presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.

The cut above Antoni Marti's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

McDonald escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
McDonald lands a nice hook to Marti's body. Marti takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
McDonald lunges at Marti with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Marti's hand.
McDonald lands a body shot.
Marti looks winded!
McDonald changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
McDonald fakes the body blow, causing Marti to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Marti goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!

After the fight, Jim Bob McDonald was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.

Allen dodges the punch combination from Coors.
Allen throws a head kick but Coors moves out of range.
Coors is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Allen misses with a wild body shot.
A little feinted left hand from Coors on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Coors keeps the fight on the outside.
Allen wants to clinch up but Coors keeps it at a distance.
Allen lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Allen delivers a nice body kick.
Allen throws a right hand that misses
and Coors counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Coors sizes up Allen with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Allen tries to clinch but Coors moves out of range.
Malik Allen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Coors lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

It looks like Malik Allen has been cut.
A lazy body kick from Allen

and Coors counters with a nice right hand that sends Allen toppling to the canvas! Allen scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Coors finish him?!

Allen is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Allen tries a head kick but it misses.
Allen is still on wobbly legs! Can Coors finish him?

That's one minute gone in the round.
Allen will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Allen seems to have recovered his senses.
Allen lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

Coors lands a big right hand that sends Allen crashing to the mat! Coors stays standing though and waves Allen back to his feet!
Allen misses with a low kick.
Coors definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Coors misses with a straight left.
Allen let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Allen throws a combination that misses
and Coors counters with a beautiful right hand that knocks Allen out cold! What a finish! Coors is going crazy, running around the mat, summersaulting off the corner posts and screaming into the cameras. Something tells me he's pretty happy!

Milo Coors spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
